    Description

    Vintage cast iron Saw Jointer with a Heller and Company File, Circa 1955. This jointer is 4 inches long, 2 inches high, and 5/8" wide. The finish is worn black paint and bare metal. No rust. Comes with original hardware. The Heller file is a quality file, and is double sided, approx. 5" long. The photos show front, back, top and bottom of jointer.
    This is a handsaw tooth jointer designed for filing all the tops of the handsaw teeth to the same level (height) before resharpening the teeth. The slot in the jointer guides the file path by gliding along the saw blade.
