    This is for a Vintage 1970’s Rogers swivo-matic bass drum pedal.   Has normal wear from use/age. Missing the part were it clamps on to the bass drum hoop. see pictures. I believe these usually stay on the bass drum hoop. You can find that part on Ebay pretty regularly.
