(Inv. no. 440 562-63) These are often unmarked or marked MADE IN USA or just with a patent dates/dates on the front side, some are marked with the patent date/dates on the front and E C STEARNS & CO SYRACUSE NY on the back. When they don't have the Stearns name on the back, they are often identified as Atkins. As the photos indicate this tool was patented by Wm Potter and assigned the the Stearns company. Starting price is .95. Shipping weight is 13 ounces.
