RARE Vintage OVB Our Very Best (HSB&Co) Saw Set Tool Pliers Vise Patented 1908.  Hibbard Spencer Bartlett & Co. Chicago.  Condition is "Used".  I have never used one, but it seems to work as intended.  Set screw and lock turn freely, dial on front turns smoothly, opens and closes easily (small squeak, needs oiling/cleaning). Some pitting on handle end, but overall appears in "good usable vintage" condition.
