Orange - gold Dugan Windflower carnival glass shallow bowl with rippled edges

Description

Here is an orange - gold colored carnival glass shallow bowl with rippled edges.  It's unsigned but has been identified as frm Dugan and the pattern is Windflower
.  It is pre-owned and shows some dust, but I don't believe it is an antique.   It is about 8 1/2 inches in diameter and stands 2 1/4 inches at the tallest point.   The glass shows some imperfections or sigs of melted glass in the bowl - see pictures
and ask any questions.
