NEAR VINTAGE 1980s-90s? STORE DISPLAY LIFE-SIZE CHILD BOY MANNEQUIN HEAD & BUST

Offered here is a store display head and bust of a child. It is approximately life-size. It measures approx. 11 & 1/2 inches tall. The base is 9 & 1/2 inches wide, at the shoulders. I confess that I don't know much about him. I found it at an antique store just last week. I don't think it too old, I would "GUESS" circa 1980's or 1990's - give or take. It seems to be made of a sturdy fiberglass (?) material. The has a deep square metal opening on the underside, where this could be fitted over a steel rod. The condition is EXCELLENT, with only a few small paint rubs. (The most sizable paint chip is on top of his head, and is shown in close-up above.) It displays very nicely and your satisfaction is guaranteed. We can't decide if he's "CREEPY" or "CUTE." (?)
