Description
Limoges Imperial Gold Teacup Raynaud Ceralene. These are absolutely gorgeous Ceraline tea or coffee cups with matching saucers in the Imperial pattern by the fine French Limoges porcelain maker Raynaud. The pattern wraps the cup in gold encrustation and is adapted from a design by Prud'hom of the French Empire Period. Ceralene china is known as "Continental" china and is the hardest type fired at almost 2500 degrees. This set, originally bought in Salt Lake City, Utah, is in excellent condition and has been carefully stored.
The saucer measures approximately 6" in diameter. The rim of the cup os 3 1/2" in diameter and 2 1/4" tall. Each cup holds 6 ounces. Set of 8 cups and saucers is in excellent condition; cup 9 has a small chip on the bottom of the cup. I will include this cup + the saucer (excellent condition) at no charge.
