    Lightworks Sconce Light Mission style "Suncrest". Burnished Brass. Mint. See details here: https://www.lightworkslighting.com/light-fixtures/sconces/suncrest. The shade is elongated Mission straight edge- no longer offered by the company. The fixture takes a standard bulb but the shade is too narrow. I used tube bulbs. Or you can change the shade, 2 1/4" fitter. This is hard wired wall mount.
