    D & C Limoges Hand Painted Pink & Yellow Roses Gold Mushroom Handle Pitcher Ewer
    Beautiful rare large / tall porcelain pitcher / ewer. Decorated with large hand painted pink and yellow roses with raised white enamel highlights. With gold lattice/net design and gold and raised gold scrollwork designs. Has a relief molded handle with mushrooms. The handle and spout are painted in gold gilding. The tops of the mushrooms and the inside of the pitcher are painted blue. Marked on the bottom D & Co with an underline. This mark was used by Delinieres & Co in Limoges France between 1879 and 1893.
    Has some very minor wear to the gold, but otherwise excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
    Measures approximately 7 2/4 inches wide x 14 5/8 inches tall.
