Rare Antique 1910s Robt Sorby Sheffield Kangaroo Trademark 28" Hand Saw. The company of Robt Sorby was started in the early 1800s as a family business with a rich history of making woodworking tools. Of all of the companies registered in 1833 only Robert Sorby survives to this day. The era on this saw is right around 1910 according to the Kangaroo Label Screw on the handle combined with the Robt Sorby trademark with 3 crowns on the blade. These saws also had the names of the original owners stamped into them in several spots on the wood handle. (As Seen In the Pictures J. Morrison seems to be the original owner that this saw was made for.) This saw is in antique condition with wonderful historical patina. Has split style brass screws that hold the blade to the handle. Is a great piece for someone who enjoys woodworking or for someone who just loves to collect cool antique saws.

If you would like to combine shipping on multiple items purchased from our store then you must first communicate with us after you win the items. DO NOT PAY US until we are able to send you an invoice with the correct shipping on it. If we have to refund shipping after you have already paid without a combined shipping invoice then Paypal charges fees and we can’t get that portion of the money back for you!
International shipping is on a case by case basis. All shipping quotes only apply to the United States. International shipping must first be discussed and agreed upon before bidding or buying any of our listings.
