    Description

    Teeth are waterjet cut vs punched and CNC rough sharpened. Finishing pass is done by hand. Having CNC cut teeth means the teeth are very consistent, having a consistent toothline makes the resharpening process much easier.
    I make all components in-house. There is one process that is outsourced, that’s the waterjet work.
